Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces kale leaves approximately 1 large bunch, washed, torn, and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper optional, for heat

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over kale leaves. Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Massage gently until coated.
  3. Arrange kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary.
  4. Air-fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.
  5. Cool chips on a rack and serve immediately.
