Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over kale leaves. Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Massage gently until coated.
- Arrange kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary.
- Air-fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.
- Cool chips on a rack and serve immediately.
