  • 2 medium russet potatoes

Method
 

  1. Gather the ingredients. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes well to remove any dirt.
  3. Pat the potatoes dry and cut each into 8 even wedges.
  4. Season the wedges with salt, pepper, or your favorite spices and spray lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
  5. Place wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, shake the basket, then continue cooking for another 10–15 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
