- Gather the ingredients. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes well to remove any dirt.
- Pat the potatoes dry and cut each into 8 even wedges.
- Season the wedges with salt, pepper, or your favorite spices and spray lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Place wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shake the basket, then continue cooking for another 10–15 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
