Ingredients
  

  • 1 gallon apple juice
  • 1 liter grain alcohol Everclear
  • 750 ml vodka
  • cups granulated sugar
  • cups brown sugar packed
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tablespoons whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg optional

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and sterilize a large jar or container.
  2. Pour the apple juice, grain alcohol, and vodka into the jar.
  3. Add both sugars and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Drop in cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and nutmeg. Seal the jar tightly.
  5. Shake vigorously for 2–3 minutes to combine flavors.
  6. Let the mixture steep at room temperature for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours for deeper spice notes.
  7. Strain out solids through a fine mesh or cheesecloth.
  8. Transfer your homemade apple pie moonshine into bottles and chill before serving.
