- Gather all ingredients and sterilize a large jar or container.
- Pour the apple juice, grain alcohol, and vodka into the jar.
- Add both sugars and stir until completely dissolved.
- Drop in cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and nutmeg. Seal the jar tightly.
- Shake vigorously for 2–3 minutes to combine flavors.
- Let the mixture steep at room temperature for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours for deeper spice notes.
- Strain out solids through a fine mesh or cheesecloth.
- Transfer your homemade apple pie moonshine into bottles and chill before serving.
