Ingredients
  

  • 6 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices of bacon halved
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes for milder heat or leave some for extra kick.
  4. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
  6. Wrap each stuffed pepper with a bacon slice, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  7. Arrange the poppers on the baking sheet, seam side down.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy the spicy, savory crunch!
