- Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and set a wire rack on top for even heat circulation.
- In a small bowl, whisk together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels. Rub the spice mixture evenly over each piece, then brush all sides with melted butter.
- Arrange the seasoned leg quarters on the prepared rack. Bake for 25 minutes, then flip and bake an additional 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
