Ingredients
  

  • 6 large jalapeu00f1o peppers halved and seeded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375u00b0F (190u00b0C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Wearing gloves, cut each jalapeu00f1o in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. Spoon or pipe the softened cream cheese into each jalapeu00f1o half.
  4. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  5. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
