Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with the rack in the lower third.
- Layer the bottom halves of the split Hawaiian rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Alternate layers of ham, turkey, Swiss, and cheddar cheese on the rolls.
- Place the top roll halves back on to form the sliders.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the honey-mustard glaze evenly over the assembled sliders.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving. Slice between rolls to separate sliders.
