Ingredients
  

  • 24 Hawaiian rolls split
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 12 slices deli turkey
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with the rack in the lower third.
  2. Layer the bottom halves of the split Hawaiian rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Alternate layers of ham, turkey, Swiss, and cheddar cheese on the rolls.
  4. Place the top roll halves back on to form the sliders.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Pour the honey-mustard glaze evenly over the assembled sliders.
  7. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  9. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving. Slice between rolls to separate sliders.
