Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail. Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each lobster tail generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Broil on high for 1–2 minutes to get a golden top, watching carefully to avoid burning.
- Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
