Ingredients

  • 8 small lobster tails about 4–5 oz each
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail. Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush each lobster tail generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Broil on high for 1–2 minutes to get a golden top, watching carefully to avoid burning.
  7. Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
