  • 2 14.5 ounce cans green beans, drained
  • 1 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup French-fried onions plus extra for topping
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine drained green beans and condensed mushroom soup. Stir until beans are evenly coated.
  3. Fold in 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese for extra cheesiness.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, until bubbly around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle remaining French-fried onions and a bit more cheese on top.
  7. Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes, until golden brown.
