- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine drained green beans and condensed mushroom soup. Stir until beans are evenly coated.
- Fold in 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese for extra cheesiness.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until bubbly around the edges.
- Sprinkle remaining French-fried onions and a bit more cheese on top.
- Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes, until golden brown.
- Let rest for 2 minutes, then serve hot.
