Ingredients
  

  • 1 6-ounce chocolate sandwich cookie crumb crust (such as an Oreo® crust)
  • 2 cups coffee-flavored ice cream softened
  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream softened
  • ¾ cup chocolate fudge sauce warmed
  • ½ cup whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place the Oreo® crust on a baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
  2. Transfer the crust to a serving plate. Spread the warm chocolate fudge sauce evenly over the crust. Return to the freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Gently smooth the coffee-flavored ice cream over the fudge layer. Freeze for at least 1 hour to set.
  4. Top with the chocolate ice cream, smoothing the surface. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Before serving, spread whipped cream over the top and garnish with chocolate shavings or chips.
