- Gather all ingredients. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, ground sausage, and Cheddar cheese. Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to mix until a uniform dough forms.
- Pinch off walnut-sized portions of the dough and roll into balls. Place them about 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and baked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm for best flavor!
