Method
- Gather all ingredients and preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the bacon until crisp, about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate.
- While the bacon cooks, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayo evenly on each slice of toasted bread. Season tomato slices with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, and bacon on one slice of bread. Top with the second slice.
- Slice the sandwich in half on the diagonal and serve immediately.
