Method
- Gather all ingredients and measure accurately – this is key for a consistent, airy crumb.
- Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer: water, oil, salt & sugar, flour, then yeast.
- Select the Basic or White Bread cycle. Choose your crust setting and press Start.
- When the loaf is finished baking, remove and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
