  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • teaspoons active dry yeast

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and measure accurately – this is key for a consistent, airy crumb.
  2. Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer: water, oil, salt & sugar, flour, then yeast.
  3. Select the Basic or White Bread cycle. Choose your crust setting and press Start.
  4. When the loaf is finished baking, remove and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
