Ingredients
  

  • 3 10 ounce bags fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add spinach in batches, stirring until wilted before adding more.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in provolone and Parmesan until melted and the sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  7. Serve warm and relish this decadent creamed spinach.
