This white chocolate chip cookie recipe is quick and easy to make. It produces a large batch of chocolaty cookies studded with sweet milky morsels.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 400 g granulated sugar
  • 1 cup 226 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups 360 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup 100 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 12 oz 340 g white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter until fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution throughout the dough.
  7. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded portions 2 inches apart on prepared sheets.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are set but centers still look soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
