- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips, ensuring even distribution throughout the dough.
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded portions 2 inches apart on prepared sheets.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are set but centers still look soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
