- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large pot over medium heat, add a splash of oil and the popcorn kernels. Cover and shake occasionally until popping slows.
- Pour popped popcorn into a big mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon.
- Drizzle melted butter over the hot popcorn and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix over popcorn and toss until fully covered.
- Spread popcorn on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then break into clusters and serve.
