Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes hot sauce Tabasco recommended
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 stalk celery for garnish
  • Lemon wedge for garnish
  • Optional: pinch of smoked paprika or prepared horseradish for extra kick

Method
 

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the vodka and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir vigorously for 20–30 seconds to combine flavors and chill the mixture.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with extra salt or hot sauce if you crave more heat.
  6. Garnish with a celery stalk and lemon wedge for a classic presentation.
