  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard optional
  • Pinch of ground cloves optional

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, honey, and orange juice.
  3. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to simmer, about 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Dijon mustard and ground cloves, if using.
  5. Brush glaze over ham during the final 20–30 minutes of baking, reapplying every 10 minutes for a deep, caramelized coating.
  6. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
