Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz spiced rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice freshly squeezed preferred
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz grenadine syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge and cherry for garnish
  • Mint sprig optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in both coconut rum and spiced rum.
  3. Add the pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
  5. Fill a highball or tiki glass with fresh ice cubes.
  6. Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.
  7. Slowly pour grenadine over the top, allowing it to settle at the bottom for a gradient effect.
  8. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, and optional mint sprig.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
