Method
- Gather all your ingredients and ensure they're at room temperature for the best blending results.
- Mince 4 of the garlic cloves very finely, or press them through a garlic press.
- In a food processor or blender, combine the minced garlic, mayonnaise, and anchovy fillets.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt (if using).
- Pulse the mixture until smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the dressing seems too thick, add olive oil 1 teaspoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- Take the remaining 2 garlic cloves and cut them in half. Use these to rub the inside of your serving bowl for extra flavor.
- Transfer the finished dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before using to allow the flavors to meld.
