Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth and creamy. Stir in honey and vanilla extract.
- Add rolled oats, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Use a spoon to drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared sheet. Gently flatten each mound with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges turn golden. Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
