  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir well to distribute the spices evenly.

  5. Fold in the dried cranberries and optional walnuts, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
