- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic powder until smooth and well combined.
- Place 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water, then fold into a triangle or purse shape, pressing to seal.
- Arrange filled wontons on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray for optimal crispness.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy around the edges.
- Serve warm, alongside sweet chili sauce or soy-based dipping sauce for an extra flavor kick.
