These cream cheese bars are quick and easy to make with crescent roll dough layered with cream cheese and cinnamon sugar for a quick and tasty treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8-ounce cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared pan, sealing any perforations.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough layer.
  5. Unroll the second can of dough and lay it gently on top of the filling, sealing edges as needed.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle evenly over the top dough layer.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the cinnamon sugar layer for extra richness.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
  9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then slice into 24 squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
