Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3–5 minutes, scraping up any browned bits.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese gradually until sauce is smooth. Add chicken back to the skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve hot over pasta or vegetables. Garnish with chopped parsley.
