Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil plus more for drizzling
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Pinch of smoked paprika optional

Method
 

  1. Add feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon zest to a food processor.
  2. Process on high until the mixture is silky and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed (about 30–45 seconds).
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with a bit more olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika and fresh pepper.
