- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, toss the thawed edamame with olive oil, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the edamame in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet for even roasting.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the beans are golden and crispy, shaking the pan halfway through to prevent sticking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm for maximum crunch.
