Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 ounce package frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the thawed edamame with olive oil, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the edamame in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet for even roasting.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the beans are golden and crispy, shaking the pan halfway through to prevent sticking.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm for maximum crunch.
