Method
- Lightly brush the chicken breasts with olive oil for a perfect crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Gently massage the spice blend over both sides of each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken in your air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 360°F and cook for 9 minutes. Flip the chicken; if desired, add Brussels sprouts for an extra veggie boost and continue cooking an additional 9 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve immediately.
