  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Brussels sprouts

Method
 

  1. Lightly brush the chicken breasts with olive oil for a perfect crisp.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently massage the spice blend over both sides of each chicken breast.
  4. Place the chicken in your air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 360°F and cook for 9 minutes. Flip the chicken; if desired, add Brussels sprouts for an extra veggie boost and continue cooking an additional 9 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve immediately.
