Crockpot Baked Potato

These crockpot baked potatoes are seasoned with olive oil and salt, wrapped in foil, then cooked in a slow cooker for 4 hours until soft and fluffy.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 baking potatoes well scrubbed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Use a fork to pierce each potato several times and rub with olive oil and salt.
  3. Wrap each potato tightly in aluminum foil and place in the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  5. Carefully remove the potatoes, unwrap, and serve with your favorite toppings.
