Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces high-quality milk chocolate chips
  • 24 large fresh strawberries with stems attached
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts sprinkles, or drizzled white chocolate

Method
 

  1. Wash strawberries gently under cool water and pat completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
  5. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, rotating to coat about ¾ of the berry.
  6. Gently shake off excess chocolate and place on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. If adding toppings, sprinkle them on immediately while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Place the dipped strawberries in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
