Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened (divided into two 3-ounce portions)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional garnish: fresh berries keto chocolate shavings, or a mint leaf

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add heavy whipping cream and continue beating until well incorporated and the mixture begins to thicken.
  3. Sift in the cocoa powder to prevent lumps, then add the powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Beat on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and has a mousse-like consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Transfer to serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to set (though it can be enjoyed immediately).
  7. Garnish with keto-friendly toppings if desired before serving.
