Easy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

  • 4 large baking potatoes scrubbed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Poke each potato 6–8 times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  3. Rub the skins with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange potatoes in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 35–40 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice open and fluff the interior with a fork.
