Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Poke each potato 6–8 times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub the skins with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange potatoes in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 35–40 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let rest 5 minutes, then slice open and fluff the interior with a fork.
