This air fryer chicken breast is perfectly seasoned outside and air fried until golden, tender, and incredibly juicy inside for a quick and easy dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 ounce chicken breast
  • 1 8 ounce chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray or a light brush of olive oil

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Season each chicken breast evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
  5. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the exterior is golden and an instant-read thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the chicken, let it rest for 3–5 minutes to lock in juices.
  7. Slice and serve with your favorite sides—salad, veggies, or mashed potatoes.
