- Gather all your ingredients and pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Season each chicken breast evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the exterior is golden and an instant-read thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken, let it rest for 3–5 minutes to lock in juices.
- Slice and serve with your favorite sides—salad, veggies, or mashed potatoes.
