Ingredients
  

  • 1 18.3 ounce package chocolate brownie mix
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and oil. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix for maximum fudginess.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips for pockets of gooey chocolate.
  4. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded dough balls about 2 inches apart on the prepared sheets.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
  6. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
