- Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and oil. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix for maximum fudginess.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips for pockets of gooey chocolate.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded dough balls about 2 inches apart on the prepared sheets.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
