  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar (or honey), and Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. For an extra flavor boost, stir in celery seed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity—add a bit more vinegar for tang or honey for sweetness.
  5. Pour over a 14-ounce bag of store-bought coleslaw mix and toss until every shred is coated.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
