Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour plus more for kneading
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat works best

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix with a fork until roughly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a floured surface and knead for about 5-8 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky.
  4. Shape the dough into your desired form - a round pizza base, calzone, or breadsticks.
  5. If making pizza, roll the dough out to about ¼-inch thickness and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crisp.
