Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Measure 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. For best results, use freshly shredded cheese rather than pre-packaged shredded cheese.
- Place tablespoon-sized mounds of cheese onto the parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches between each mound to allow for spreading.
- If using any seasonings, sprinkle them lightly over the cheese mounds now.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers appear set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes. The crisps will firm up as they cool.
- Once completely cooled, carefully remove from the parchment paper and enjoy!
