- In a large bowl, stir warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy and fragrant.
- Add flour, vegetable oil, and salt. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover with a clean towel or plastic wrap. Let it rest 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and lightly grease a pizza pan. Roll or press dough to fit the pan.
- Top with sauce, cheese, and favorite toppings. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
