- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a 9 or 10-inch round serving dish, creating a smooth base layer.
- Sprinkle shredded lettuce evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Add a layer of shredded cheese on top of the lettuce.
- Arrange diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and green onions over the cheese layer.
- If using, add sliced black olives, jalapeños, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro as the final layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
