Ingredients
  

  • 2 large bone-in chicken breast halves with skin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This ensures extra-crispy skin.
  3. Brush each breast with olive oil, then rub with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned breasts skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to lock in juices.
