- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This ensures extra-crispy skin.
- Brush each breast with olive oil, then rub with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned breasts skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to lock in juices.
