- In your slow cooker, combine undrained sauerkraut, pork cubes, beer, minced garlic, onion salt, dry mustard, and dried dill.
- Press half an apple into the mixture to help keep ingredients submerged.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours, or until the pork is fork-tender.
- Gently stir before serving. Garnish with fresh dill or apple slices if desired.
