Ingredients

  • 10 bone-in pork chops about 6 oz each
  • 1 large onion sliced into rings
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1 oz packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1 oz packet ranch dressing mix

Method

  1. Lightly grease the insert or line with a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup.
  2. Place the sliced onion rings in the bottom of the crock pot, then arrange pork chops on top.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, ranch dressing mix, and onion soup mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce over the pork chops. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours 30 minutes or on low for 6–8 hours, until chops are fork-tender.
  5. Spoon extra sauce over the chops and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve alongside mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed veggies.
