Method
- Lightly grease the insert or line with a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup.
- Place the sliced onion rings in the bottom of the crock pot, then arrange pork chops on top.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, ranch dressing mix, and onion soup mix until smooth.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the pork chops. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours 30 minutes or on low for 6–8 hours, until chops are fork-tender.
- Spoon extra sauce over the chops and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve alongside mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed veggies.
