- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake according to package directions until golden brown. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground pork sausage. Break apart with a spatula and cook until no pink remains, about 5–6 minutes.
- Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage. Stir continuously for 1 minute to eliminate the raw flour taste.
- Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the gravy thickens.
- Stir in salt and black pepper. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes.
- Slice each biscuit in half, place on plates, and ladle the creamy sausage gravy over the top. Serve immediately.
