Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs frozen Swedish meatballs
  • 2 10.5 oz cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional garnish)

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and prep your slow cooker.
  2. Place frozen meatballs in the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours 30 minutes, until meatballs are heated through and sauce is bubbly.
  6. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
