Famous Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup crushed butter crackers
  • 1 cup crushed butter crackers
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.
  2. Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Set up two shallow bowls: place beaten eggs in one and crushed butter crackers in the other.
  4. Dip each pork chop into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off, then press into the cracker crumbs to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from oven and let rest 3–5 minutes before serving for juicy, tender results.
