Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.
- Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Set up two shallow bowls: place beaten eggs in one and crushed butter crackers in the other.
- Dip each pork chop into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off, then press into the cracker crumbs to coat evenly.
- Arrange coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest 3–5 minutes before serving for juicy, tender results.
