Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Coat salmon fillets evenly with the mixture.
- Place salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet. Top each fillet with lemon slices.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crispier top. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
