Method
- Gather all ingredients and a microwave-safe bowl.
- Crack the eggs into the bowl. Add milk or water for fluffiness.
- Whisk vigorously until the mixture is pale yellow and slightly frothy.
- Stir in butter, salt, and pepper.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove and stir to distribute heat evenly.
- Return to microwave for another 30–45 seconds until eggs are just set but still moist.
- Give one final stir, then transfer to a plate.
