Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups ripe tomatoes finely diced
  • 1 small white onion finely chopped
  • 2 jalapeño peppers seeds removed and minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping the tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, and cilantro.
