Ingredients
  

  • cup unsalted butter
  • cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and melt ⅓ cup butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Tip: Keep the heat moderate to avoid burning the garlic.
  3. Stir in the remaining butter, Italian seasoning, and chopped parsley until fully melted and combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, taste, and adjust the herbs if desired.
  5. Remove from heat and let the sauce rest for 1 minute before serving for best flavor.
