Method
- Spread butter on the outside of each bread slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer Cheddar, turkey, apple slices, and honey-mustard.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side out.
- Grill for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently until cheese melts and bread is golden.
- Remove, let rest 1 minute, then slice on the diagonal and serve immediately.
